Nourished Holistic is a Walnut Creek, California based wellness and skincare studio that helps women along a healing journey with bodywork, energy work, facial reflexology and/or nutrition to get them on the right path—Feeling grounded and tension-free.

The business not only focuses on body work and wellness, but also a unique skincare line that will cater towards the individual ‘skin type’ needs of their clients. In addition to these one-on-one customized products, Nourished Holistic will also offer a signature product line.

What sets Nourished Holistic apart is their mindful skin and body wellness approach, which is inspired by therapeutic plants, oils and the healing power of massage to give women a healthy, balanced and rejuvenated body and skin.
